SOCHI, Nov 1 (PRIME) -- Russian gas giant Gazprom was given access to the site of blasts on the Nord Stream gas pipelines, President Vladimir Putin said late on Monday.
"(CEO Alexei) Miller has reported today that they have investigated it. Gazprom was given access to the blast site, by the way," Putin said.
The official accused Europe of staying silent after the accident and called the blasts an "obvious terrorist attack."
